Neurofeedback

Neurofeedback infographic

By directly training the brain function, Neurofeedback (also called EEG Biofeedback) helps regulation issues in the brain and improve the ability to control impulses, maintain attention,

and think more clearly. In addition to addressing problems of brain dysregulation, Neurofeedback can provide whole-body benefits that allow the central nervous system to function better.

This treatment can target hundreds of symptoms. Want to see if it could help you? Click Here.

During the session, we gently attach a two-channel electrode setup to the client’s scalp and begin listening in on brainwave activity. This allows us to target the areas of the brain that will produce the desired outcome. While the client watches content from Netflix or YouTube, the electrodes register their brainwaves. The screen will shrink and become unfocused when brainwaves aren't focused, then will grow and become clear with the client's brain activity, rewarding good brain function. With this reward system, the brain adjusts and strengthens pathways by watching itself through these screen actions. When the brain strengthens itself, targeted symptoms are shown to reduce!

For the vast majority of clients, their outcomes after 20 or more sessions exceed their initial expectations. After undergoing a gradual, steady learning process, clients are able to improve their self-regulation and create positive results.
