Our office uses Therapy Appointment as our record keeping and scheduling portal. In order to hold a first session or virtual consultation, you will need to have an established Therapy Appointment account. Our schedulers will give you instructions on how to set up this portal before the session/consultation. Our office may reschedule or cancel your consultation or appointment if you have not completed your account.

For consultations, you will need to set up your Therapy Appointment portal at least 24 hours before the time of the consultation. No payment info or insurance info is required.

For first sessions, you will need to set up your Therapy Appointment account and fill out all new client paperwork at least 48 hours before your appointment. Our office collects a $50.00 New Client Deposit for those using commercial insurance, Medicare, or are self-paying for sessions. We do not collect a deposit if you are using Medicaid.
