Position: Private Practice Therapist

Status: Full-time
POSITION SUMMARY
Full-time therapist (22+ clients/week) to provide exceptional clinical services to clients and contributes to the Indy Counseling collaborative environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Client services (90%)

Conduct therapy sessions 3-5 days/week onsite (may include virtual if desired)

Document sessions, submit claims and accept payments on EHR provided system

Maintain weekly administration log

Participates in clinical meetings with colleagues in order to support the highest quality of clinical support to our clients (1 hour monthly-paid)- offered 2x/week at both locations
Inner Community Management (10%)

Participates in company business meetings to provide perspective on developing our services to clients (2 hours quarterly-paid)

We're looking for a Office Assistant to monitor our waiting area during evening hours. Responsibilities will be very limited, some client interaction involved.

Ideal candidates for the Carmel Location (106th/Meridian area): LCSW, LMHC therapists with experience with OCD, High Anxiety, Phobias, KAP (Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy) or Safe and Sound Protocol. Psychologists that provide neurodivergent testing (opportunity to be a W-2 or rent space with us). LSW, LMHCA, MFMTA, will also be considered.
