We're looking for a temporary Office Assistant to monitor our waiting area during evening hours. Responsibilities will be very limited, some client interaction involved.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Temporary Office Assistant

Department: Clerical

Status: Part time (max 12 hours a week) Temporary

POSITION SUMMARY

Office Assistant monitoring the waiting areas and making sure office space is clean and stocked. Some client scheduling may be needed intermittently.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client services (100%)

  • Monitoring Waiting Area

  • Stocking and upkeeping the coffee bar(s)

  • Scheduling and Canceling upcoming client appointments by request

  • Scanning and Filing client documents

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Ability to use computer

  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds overhead

Full time Therapist

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Therapist

Department: Clinical

Status: Full-time

POSITION SUMMARY

Full-time therapist (22+ clients/week) to provide exceptional clinical services to clients and contributes to the Indy Counseling collaborative environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client services (90%)

  • Conducts therapy sessions onsite 4-5 days/week

  • Provides resources and emotional support to client

  • Documents sessions according to SOAP format via electronic health records within a week

  • Maintains daily billing log and practice visit submission

  • Assists office staff with checking out clients and scheduling future appointments

 

Inner Community Management (10%)

  • Participates in company business meetings to provide perspective on developing our services to clients (2 hours quarterly-paid)

  • Participates in clinical meetings with colleagues in order to support the highest quality of clinical support to our clients (1 hour monthly-paid)

  • Supports new client acquisition by actively promoting ICP’s services (marketing contact or social media 2 hours monthly-paid)

  • Answers phones, helps maintain a clean environment and shares resources (as available)

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Hiring all levels, Bachelor, Master, Temp license, associates license, and full clinical license

  • Credentialled or CAQH established a plus

  • EMDR trained or flexible to be trained if licensed

  • CBT trained or experienced if licensed

  • Updated CEUs and continued desire to learn

  • LGBTQ+ Affirmative

  • Community awareness of resource and willingness to market

  • Ability to use computer for communication and recordkeeping
