Service Costs

Indy Counseling accepts most major medical insurances. Prices are based on your plan's benefits and your insurance's fee schedule. Our office does not accept Medicare, Medicaid, HIP, Hoosier Health Wise or EAP.

Intensive sessions cannot be billed to insurance.

We accept Cash, Check, Credit Cards (AMEX Currently Unavailable), and Debit Cards

We also accept CareCredit.

Cancellation Policy

For typical therapy sessions, we require 48-hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you inform our office of a cancellation under 48-hours from the appointment time, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Fees are split into two: For cancellations under 48 hours, you will be charged HALF of the full rate. For same day cancellations or no-shows, the FULL RATE will be charged. To see cancellation fee amounts, see our full policy below.

For Intensive sessions, we require at least 48-hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Intensives take a larger block of time, which is why we require more notice for cancellations. Our Scheduling Coordinator will call to confirm your appointment 3 days before your session. Cancellation fees are broken down by time:

Under 48-hours Notice: $75.00 fee

Under 24-hours Notice: $150.00 fee

Same day cancellation: $250.00 fee

All appointment reminders will be sent at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Our staff at Indy Counseling Professionals have experience providing individual, family, and couples/polyamorous partners therapy to clients who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, non-binary, intersex, or any way you identify.

Our therapists work to engage with the LGBTQ+ community to promote empowerment, cultural sensitivity, and equality. We also collaborate with medical providers in the Indy area to provide the best possible care to clients who need gender affirming care.
