Once you have charged the $25.00 fee for the test, please make sure you use the CAARS2 or ASRS CPT code to show it has been assessed in Therapy Appointment. The Therapy Appointment code has been zero'd out so there will not be a balance to collect in Therapy Appointment.
All clients wanting to use these tests must pay the fee - this is regardless of insurance type and includes Medicaid clients.
